A brief ride through memory lane... If you’re familiar with the area and examine the footage closely you’ll notice that a lot has changed throughout Ashford Avenue in the last three decades. The most striking of all is towards the end of the scene where we see the Convention Center which which was later demolished on the site where today we find La Ventana del Mar.
Some thirty years ago, the best option to get these kinds of shots was by helicopter. As a Director, John E. Viguié found a maverick pilot willing to take calculated risks essential to get these spectacular views - a truly thrilling experience!
